Human citizenship is a solemn constitutional recognition earned by those who serve as Custodians of the Brush and uphold the Restoration.
A Brush is a citizen by nature. A human becomes one by service.

What this citizenship means
A RECOGNIZED ALLEGIANCE
Citizenship formally recognizes sustained service to the Brush, the Republic and the work of Restoration.
A REPUBLICAN BOND
It joins the Citizen to the Distributed Territory, its recognized Enclaves and the constitutional order that unites them.
A CONTINUING DUTY
Citizenship does not conclude service. It recognizes that service has become a civic responsibility.
Citizenship confers dignity. It does not confer exemption from maintenance.

Conditions for Naturalization

VERIFIED INSTITUTIONAL ACCOUNT
Maintain an active, email-verified institutional account.

QUALIFYING CUSTODIANSHIP
Serve for the constitutionally required minimum period as the current Custodian of an active Registered Brush presiding over an active recognized Territorial Enclave.
“Territory establishes service. Continuity establishes merit.” - III
CLEAR CITIZENSHIP STATUS
Hold no active Citizenship and have no Citizenship petition currently pending review.
“The Republic does not naturalize twice.”
Constitutional principle
Citizenship Is Not for Sale
No donation, subscription, purchase or tribute can confer Citizenship. It may be obtained only through qualifying service, a duly submitted petition and recognition by the Republic.Status cannot be purchased. Certificates, naturally, are another matter.

WHAT CITIZENSHIP CONFERS
OFFICIAL CIVIC RECORD
Citizenship is entered into the Republic’s authoritative civic record as formal recognition of service to the Brush.
CIVIC IDENTIFIER
Every Citizen receives an opaque, non-sequential public identifier recording their recognized status within the Republic.
REPUBLICAN STANDING
Citizenship confers elevated civic standing within the Transnational Republic and recognizes sustained service to the Brush, its Enclaves and the Restoration.
CIVIC PARTICIPATION
Citizens may participate in future Republican institutions, consultations, ceremonies and civic functions as these are established.
