A Republic Without Contiguous Territory

The Transnational Republic of Toilet Brushes claims no continuous territory. Its sovereignty is distributed—present wherever a Registered Brush is lawfully maintained.

Each recognized place of maintenance constitutes a Territorial Enclave of the Republic.

Borders may vary. Jurisdiction begins wherever the Brush is duly kept.

Not every state is contiguous. Some are sanitary.Examine the constitutional record

Constitutional Principles of the Transnational Republic

Distributed Territory

The Republic has no landmass. It has locations.

The state exists as a network of Territorial Enclaves—recognized wherever a Registered Brush is maintained in lawful order.

Conventional states inherit geography. The Republic recognizes it where civic order meets the Brush.

Sovereign Brushhood

The Brush does not occupy territory. Territory gathers around the Brush.

Each Registered Brush is sovereign within its Enclave and a citizen of the Republic by nature.

A human may reside in the Enclave. The Brush presides over it.

Custodial Duty

A Custodian maintains. The Republic endures.

A single human Custodian is entrusted with the maintenance of the Brush and the dignity of the Enclave.

Maintenance is not optional. Neglect is not a policy.

Citizenship Through Service

Citizenship is earned, not issued.

Human beings may petition for citizenship only through sustained and verifiable service to the Brush and the Republic.

Loyalty precedes nationality. Service precedes status.

The Distributed Territory

A World of Enclaves. A Republic of Service.

From penthouses to public toilets, from research stations to rural homes, Territorial Enclaves arise wherever a Registered Brush is maintained with dignity.

Where the Brush is maintained, the Republic takes root.

How Territory Is Established

1

A Brush Is Registered

The Brush is entered into the Constitutional Registry. Its natural citizenship is recorded, not conferred.

It precedes all else.

2

A Custodian Maintains It

One human assumes the duty of maintenance and becomes the Custodian of record.

One Brush. One Custodian.

3

TERRITORIAL RECOGNITION IS REQUESTED

The place in which the Brush is maintained is submitted for recognition as a Territorial Enclave of the Republic.

The territory may be ordinary. Its constitutional significance is not.

4

THE REPUBLIC RECOGNIZES THE JURISDICTION

Following review and approval, the Enclave is entered into the Register of Enclaves and becomes part of the Distributed Territory.

Submission begins the procedure. Recognition creates the record.

The constitutional relationship

The Status of the Custodian

Residence confers no status. Custodianship does.

The citizen serves the Republic. The Custodian serves the Brush. These duties are related, but not identical.

The Brush presides.
